Whether you’re new to the breed or a lifelong cat lover, this guide will walk you through how to reserve your Maine Coon kitten, what happens during the waiting period, and how we prepare each baby for their forever home.

 ✅ Step 1: Read Through the Entire Website *Before* Applying

Choosing the right breeder is more important than choosing a specific kitten.

Before reaching out or submitting your application, we strongly recommend you explore every page of our website — especially the blog posts and our application. You’ll find tons of valuable info that will help you decide if our process, ethics, and program are the right fit for your family.

Most common questions are already answered right here on the site — and our available kittens page will show you what’s currently available and when upcoming litters are expected.

 ✅ Step 2: Dive Into Our Social Media

Once you’ve explored the site and feel good about our values and process, head over to our Instagram or Facebook pages.

We post frequent photos and videos of:

* Our current and past kittens

* Parents and bloodlines

* Our home-based cattery setup

* Day-to-day life, playtime, and socialization

**Why it matters:**

Social media is one of the best ways to avoid breeder scams. You’ll be able to match our faces and voices with what you see on the site and any FaceTime call we do. You’ll also get a better feel for our style of cats, patterns, colors, and how our kittens are raised inside our home.

Step 3: Ready to Move Forward? Apply Now

If you’re still with us — awesome! That means you’re ready to take the next step.

Head over to our kitten application and fill it out as thoroughly as possible. The more detail you give, the easier it is for us to match you with the perfect kitten.

Make sure to include your preferred days and times for a quick phone call, where we’ll answer any final questions and walk through the next steps before you join our reservation list.

✅ Step 4: Reserve Your New Kitten

Once we’ve both agreed it’s a great fit, it’s time to make it official!

If kittens are currently available, you may be able to place a deposit on a specific kitten. If none are ready — or they’re under 3 weeks old — you’ll be invited to place a deposit to join our waitlist for the next available litter.

 ✅ Step 5: Waiting + Watching

Now comes the fun part — watching your kitten grow!

You’ll get access to a shared Google photo album, where we post updated photos and videos multiple times a week. Many of our kitten families say these are the highlight of their day!

Depending on where we are in the process when you join, you’ll also receive:

* Sample contract

* Shot record template

* Other key info to get ready

As the kittens approach 8 weeks old, they’ll receive their first vaccinations from our vet and go through final stages of socialization — so they’re confident, playful, and ready to bring joy to your home.

The week before go-home day, we’ll reach out to schedule your pickup or delivery from our cattery.
